Our experience is not theoretical, but also practical, as Partner Matiss Kukainis himself is a dual citizen (both United States citizenship and Latvian citizenship), who requested dual citizenship in the early 1990’s, while living in the United States, before moving to Latvia in 2016.
Matiss has also assisted his family in the United States in requesting dual citizenship, as well for his wife and realtives in Canada, and for various other parties around the globe, whose relatives left Latvia as refugess after World War II.
