From 2007 to 2015 Anna worked at a law firm starting her career as a legal assistant, while continuing her Master’s studies, and later becoming a lawyer, subsequently - an assistant attorney at law, and after successful completion of sworn advocate’s examination she became a sworn advocate. Anna gained broad experience specializing in private and public law, labour law, real estate and commercial transactions, as well as legal proceedings.
Working at Law Firm Spīgulis & Kukainis, Anna has provided legal services to various businesses, such as trading, manufacturing, pharmacy, healthcare, cosmetic, real estate, construction, IT companies, and others, representing clients in court proceedings, drafting and reviewing agreements and other documents, providing full range of legal services related to drafting of personnel documentation, acquisition of real estate and other assets, transactions related to sale and management of real estate, various commercial transactions, as well as providing legal research and drafting legal opinions on issues related to client’s transactions.
Anna has successfully represented our clients in courts of all instances on labour law issues, real estate issues, debt collection, as well as in the insolvency and legal protection proceedings.
