Before joining Spīgulis & Kukainis, Artis Artūrs worked as an assistant to a Member of the Parliament and as a legal advisor to the Minister of Welfare. During this time, he gained experience in drafting legislative acts and policy planning documents, as well as in carrying out various other functions of the minister’s office.
Artis Artūrs specializes primarily in competition law and other areas of administrative law, conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and other legal documents.
