Before joining the team, Nikola gained experience by working for the Prosecutor General's Office as an assistant prosecutor. During this time, she gained experience in the preparation of various drafts of legal documents. Nikola also worked as a lawyer in the procurement section of SIA "Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca", where she gained experience in the analysis and development of public procurement documentation.
Nikola is carrying out research of various legal issues and legal frameworks, preparing legal opinions and drafts of legal documents.
