Prior to joining Spigulis & Kukainis, Olga has gained more than ten years of experience in litigation while serving as a senior lawyer at the State Revenue Service. Her responsibilities included representing the institution in court proceedings and before law-enforcement authorities in matters of all categories, as well as preparing legal documents, including applications, complaints, and submissions. Before that, Olga also gained professional experience working as a lawyer in the private sector, including providing legal assistance in real estate brokerage transactions.
At Spigulis & Kukainis, Olga is primarily involved in tax law matters, conducting theoretical research on various legal issues, preparing legal opinions, analysing legislative frameworks, and drafting legal documents.
