Before joining Spīgulis & Kukainis, Agnese worked for several years as a lawyer in a sworn notary's office. During this time, she gained experience in drafting various legal documents, dealing with real estate issues, inheritance matters, as well as in succession planning and divorce proceedings.
Agnese is mainly engaged in the real estate and inheritance law matters, performing theoretical research on various legal issues, drafting theoretical opinions and individual legal documents, as well as legal research of the legal framework.
