Before joining Spīgulis & Kukainis, Davids worked for several years as an assistant judge at the Riga Regional Court Civil Division. During this work experience, Davids gained in-depth knowledge of the litigation process and all types of civil procedural issues, as well as experience in drafting rulings and various court documents. Prior to that, Dāvids was a sole practitioner, representing and advising clients on various legal matters. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Davids worked both in a law firm and in companies dealing with management issues, gaining practical experience in drafting various documents.
Davids provides legal assistance in various categories of civil matters. He prepares various procedural documents and contributes to the development of litigation strategy, as well as conducting in-depth research on complex legal issues.
