Experience

2015

The Office represented the members of a merger in the logging market at the Competition Council. The Office ensured that the merger report was drawn up and the merger deal was successfully coordinated within the Competition Council in the forestry and vertically related markets. The Office represented the two members of the merger, which are among the largest players in Latvia, with a total turnover exceeding EUR 120 million, in the Competition Council.

2015

The Office submitted to the Competition Council a merger report prepared by AS "POLIKLĪNIKA" and SIA "Centrālā laboratorija". The turnover of the parties involved in the transaction exceeds EUR 200 million.

2014

The Competition Council authorises the merger of the Office's customers AS "Veselības centru apvienība" and AS "POLIKLĪNIKA". In 2013, the total turnover of AS "Veselības centru apvienība" and AS "POLIKLĪNIKA" exceeded EUR 160 million.

2008

The Office represented the office of British architects and engineers in a deal where its Latvian subsidiary was taken over by America's largest construction supervisor, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The Office carried out the necessary corporate-rights tasks in collaboration with one of the largest U.K. law firms.
