Prior to working at Spigulis & Kukainis, Liva worked as an assistant both to an attorney at law and insolvency administrator, as well as a lawyer at a foreign company on recovery of the debts, gaining experience in court proceedings and different private and public law issues.
Liva joined Spigulis & Kukainis team in 2012 assisting our attorneys as a consulting staff, but in 2015 she became a member of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates.
Liva provides legal services in various private and public law matters, including but not limited to issuses related to property rights, commercial transactions, inheritance matters, and tax issues. Liva represents our client interests in variuos state and local authorities, court proceedings for various civil disputes, administrative proceedings, as well as she has provided state ensured legal aid in criminal matters.
